Ballavitchel Farm / Ballavitchel Barn Cottage is about five miles from the centre of Douglas.

Directions From the airport: as you exit the airport follow signs for Douglas (A3) for approximately 7 miles until you reach the Quarterbridge (double roundabout) keep to the left hand lane. At the roundabout turn left and follow signs fo Peel (A1) for approximately 4 miles until to reach the village of Crosby. You will pass the Crosby Hotel on your right, proceed for another 100 yards and then turn right into Ballavitchel Road. Travel to the top of this road where you will find Ballavitchel Lodge / Ballavitchel Barn on the left hand-side.

From the Sea-Terminal/Ferry: go left as you leave the sea terminal and bear right at the roundabout, passing the bus station on your left. Go straight on for 1.5 miles (along Peel Road). You will pass McDonalds on your left as your approach a double roundabout. Keep to the middle lane and go straight across both roundabouts. Follow signs for Peel (A1) for approximately 4 miles until to reach the village of Crosby. You will pass the Crosby Hotel on your right, proceed for another 100 yards and then turn right into Ballavitchel Road. Travel to the top of this road where you will find Ballavitchel Lodge / Ballavitchel Barn on the left hand-side.
